Back to the home pageIn short
This website uses no cookies, does not track you and has no forms. No analytics, ads or third-party scripts run on it. The fonts and photos are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google or similar services.
Who is responsible?
Pageyard is the sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Nicolas in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. You can reach me at hallo@pageyard.nl.
What data do I process, and why?
When you visit this website. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages to your browser and protect the website against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. I do not use this data to track or analyse you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may also process data outside the EU; this is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
When you email me. I receive your email address, your name and what you write. I only use it to answer your question and, if you want, to make a design or quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your email is stored with my email provider.
How long do I keep your data?
I keep emails as long as needed for our contact, and then for at most one year. If you become a client, I keep invoices and related records for seven years, because Dutch law requires it.
Who do I share your data with?
I never sell your data and do not share it with anyone, except the parties I need to run this website and my email (the hosting and email provider above), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can always ask me what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct, delete or transfer it, or to restrict its use. You can also object. Send an email to hallo@pageyard.nl; I will reply within one month.
If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Of course I hope you will contact me first.
Security
The website only works over a secure connection (https). I handle emails with care and do not keep them longer than necessary.
Changes
If anything changes on this website or in how I handle data, I will update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
