How it works

  1. First, you get a free design.

    I drop by or you send me an email. Then I make a first version of your new website, with your name and your business.You see your new website before you pay anything.

  2. Then we go through it together.

    What do you like, what should change, what’s missing? I adjust it until it’s right. Only when you’re happy do you say yes.

  3. In 10 working days, it’s ready.

    As soon as I have your yes, your texts and your photos, your site is ready within 10 working days. For the fixed price we agreed on.

  4. Then it goes online.

    I put it on your own domain name and register it with Google. Want to change something later? Send me an email and I’ll take care of it.

Hi, I’m Nicolas.

I’m 18 and have been programming for about four years: websites, apps and all sorts of other projects. Pageyard is my own business.

I noticed that many local businesses near me don’t have a good website, even though their customers look for them online. I want to change that: a tidy website, ready fast, for a fair price. And you always have one person to talk to: me.

Why Pageyard?

A shipyard builds ships that last for decades. That is how I want to build websites: solid, simple and made to last. Pageyard is my yard for websites.

Common questions

Is the website really mine?

Yes. Once it is fully paid, the website is yours. The domain name is in your name. If you stop the care plan, you get all the files and I transfer your domain name to you.

What about the domain name and hosting?

I take care of it. I register your domain name, for example yourbusiness.nl, in your name and put your site on fast, secure hosting. Both are part of the care plan, including the cost of the domain name.

What if I want to change something later?

Send me an email. Small changes, like new opening hours, prices or texts, are included in the care plan: up to 60 minutes a month. For bigger changes we agree on a fixed price beforehand.

How and when do I pay?

The design is free. If you say yes, you pay half when you agree and the rest on delivery, by invoice with 14 days to pay. The care plan is paid monthly.

Will people find me on Google?

I build your site so Google understands it well: clear titles, your address and opening hours, and it loads fast. I also register it with Google. Nobody can honestly promise you the top spot, but you get a good start.

How long does it take?

You get your design within 5 working days of our first talk. Once you say yes and I have your texts and photos, your site is ready within 10 working days.

What do I need to provide?

Not much: your logo if you have one, a few photos and the key information, like opening hours, prices and your address. We write the texts together. No good photos? In the Amstelveen area I’ll come by and take a few, at no extra cost.

Am I tied to anything?

No. If you don’t like the design, you pay nothing. The care plan can be cancelled monthly, with one month’s notice.

Do I need a cookie banner?

Usually not. My sites don’t track your visitors and use no cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. Your customers will like that too.
